The challenge

Kryzotech is a complete learning ecosystem for AI, data science, and professional-skills training — course marketplace in front, a real-time operations dashboard behind it, live at kryzotechbd.com.

A growing training brand needed to sell cohort-based bootcamps online, not just list them. That meant enrollment with seat limits, secure checkout through EPS — the local payment rail its students actually use — live notifications when seats move or schedules change, and staff tooling for the daily grind of running courses. Off-the-shelf LMS products handled none of the local-payment or operations reality.

What Metaxia built

A TypeScript platform, end to end: a Node.js API over MongoDB, Redux-managed state on the client, and Socket.io pushing live updates to every connected browser.

  • Course marketplace with dedicated AI and data-science tracks, cohort schedules, and seat availability
  • Enrollment flow with secure EPS checkout — payments complete in-country, no manual reconciliation
  • Trainer profiles connecting each cohort to the person actually teaching it
  • Real-time updates over Socket.io: seat counts, announcements, and schedule changes land instantly
  • A full admin dashboard: overview analytics, expense tracking, course management, blog publishing, and user administration in one place

Inside the product

admin workspace

The whole learning platform runs from one workspace: the overview lands on live counts for active courses, workshops, blog posts, and enrollments, with quick actions into every module.

  • Overview — snapshot of courses, workshops, blog, and enrollments
  • Analytics & Expenses — sales, costs, and per-course P&L
  • Courses, Categories & Workshops — build and organize the catalog
  • Blog & Posts — tutorials, announcements, and the student feed
  • Users, Enrollments & Management — students, payments, controls
  • Website content — trainers, reviews, and partners on the public site

Delivery

The marketplace shipped first with a limited course set while payments ran shadow tests against the EPS integration. Admin modules followed one at a time — courses, then blog, then expenses and user management — so staff adopted each tool as it landed instead of relearning everything at once.
